Seasoned Ground Sausage - This traditional sage based sausage seasoning has a mild and delicious flavor.

Salami -   This seasoning contains whole black peppercorns and is great for "Cotto" Salami!

Summer Sausage - Our full flavored mild smoked summer sausage. Delicious!

Polish Sausage -  This is our Polish formulation stuffed in natural casings, linked every ten inches, then smoked in natural hardwoods.

Ring Bologna W/Cheese - Delightful for light dinner or a hearty snack.  We use our standard                  bologna seasoning and add cheese for extra flavor.

Jerky (ground) -  We use our traditional jerky recipe, but grind your wild game and then cure and smoke the product. A nice and chewable treat that won’t have you pulling your teeth out by the roots.

Slim Jims -          This is one of our favorite cured and smoked snack products.  Very tasty and hard to stop eating. Made with cheddar or Jalapeno cheese.
